MISSION STATEMENT
As a member of the House of Representatives representing my district of Rota and the 23rd CNMI Legislature, it would be my mission to work collaboratively with my colleagues to enact, amend and repeal if necessary, laws to ensure that a well balanced and robust economy is achieved to support the well being of our CNMI communities.
