MISSION STATEMENT
It is my greatest honor and privilege to represent our amazing community of Precinct 5 and the great people of the Commonwealth. As I begin my second term in office, my goal is to continue to build upon the great work we have done for our precinct, continue to work together with all our elected leaders of the CNMI to address our longstanding social and economic issues that affect our community, and achieve the ultimate goal of improving the livelihood for all those that call the marianas "Home".
