MISSION STATEMENT
As we approach the 24th Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature, I remain steadfast in my commitment to collaborate closely with my esteemed colleagues, the Senate, the business community, and government agencies. As the Representative for Election District 2, I pledge to serve the residents of Precinct 2 and the Commonwealth as a whole, attentively addressing the opinions and needs of my constituents to foster the continuous improvement of our community.
