Given the honorable opportunity to serve and represent Precinct 5 in this Twenty Fourth Northern Marianas Commonwealth Legislature, my office aspires to support community development, improve public safety, exercise fiscal responsibility, enhance Precinct 5’s appeal and preserve the heritage of our land for future generations.
